I’m a transformational guide specializing in transitions, emotional depth, stress resilience, and integrative behavior change. I know firsthand that health and healing are not linear. My own journey through loss, chronic stress, and rebuilding taught me that resilience alone isn’t enough—we need compassion, awareness, and the right tools to create lasting change.
